The answering machine is from when I was involved in Tenant Management with The Housing Trust. I found I was out all the time doing public relations work or going around discussing tenant participation, and people would ring me and I was never home.
		So the person that I was involved with, he said, well, as we're taking you away from the house all the time, how about you have an answering machine to monitor calls from the Trust point of view, from contractors when we were setting up the maintenance program, so that's been a boon - marvellous thing.
