I dunno how just how much this'd be worth now, but it'd be worth a good bit more than what I paid for it, I should imagine. With the improvements that we done to it, with the aluminium windows and the tiles where we've used them, and new roof and bigger hot water service.
			With the Hardiplank and that, that were the weatherboards that used to cause a lot of work. And the garage and so forth. When I bought it I paid 3,100 pounds for it, and my mother reckoned I paid too much for it, and so did a lot of other people. I think they were sort of ... of the opinion that sooner or later a slump like the Great Depression would come, and then we'd be spending too much on it, but real estate has never gone down, it's always gone up.
			It's fairly comfortable, I mean it feels more like a home than just a house, with the other little things that we've done to it has made it much more comfortable than what it was when I came here.
