We actually had some changes made to some of the internal dimensions. It's open, and airy. Even though it's a very small floor plan, it has a perception of being quite large; the living areas are quite large, and I think that was one of the sort of angles that he used.
		Wenell was the type of builder who designed houses where the living areas were large, you had to forego a little space in the bedrooms, but what you got was a cheap house because of the small size of the floor plan, but something that actually was quite livable.
