The other thing I didn't like about the house when we bought it was that I had always wanted a blue lounge room, never thought about a blue kitchen and then the kitchen was blue. I said 'oh, I don't know if I like it', but they assured me that it was only a hundred odd dollars and they could rip the top off and I could have whatever colour I wanted. Seven years down the track we still have a blue kitchen. The kids sit up here every morning to have their breakfast, this is where they sit and this is where they come in in the afternoon.
			When people come in for coffee we usually just sit here on the bar stools. The kids, you know if they're home or whatever, will sit there while I'm baking and they help you roll bikkies, and when Renee was little she used to spend a large amount of time sitting on the bench there, we had one of those sort of chairs that used to fit onto the bench and she'd sit there and play happily for hours.
