They had just put the fireplace in, and the patio, we haven't even got the wire in the fence there, so that was what the house was like just as Lynne was born.
		Very plain, nothing in the front and that. Next door was a very, very tiny place then. That was built when we first came here,		and Beryl Ryan, she lived across the road, then Mrs Cooper was the next one down, and then there was only the other one across the road,
			and then there was empty blocks all the way down. That's the flat down the back, just cement-rendered, and then the open space there - the man lived in that when they were building.
		Well, it was just the garage down there and Ralph's workshop, you know, he just... but then when he died I had it converted into an entertainment area, or flat.		With the swimming pool there there was nothing there, that was just grass across there... and the outside toilet was down there with those pans.
