We were both in the situation where we had split up relationships where we came out of it with very little in the way of immediate capital, so we couldn't afford to buy anything but we had vast numbers of possessions, and the ability to create between us a very comfortable space. Gregg particularly was a very busy, active, decorating type person - he liked doing that, loved doing that.
			And he also was the sort of person who wasn't happy unless he had changed the space he lived in, basically. He liked to feel as though he had made his mark on something. I do it in other ways - I garden.
